Just days after it was first reported that Tamar Braxton had been fired from ‘The Real,’ the show is now confirming she is indeed leaving.
In a joint statement, Tamar and The Real explain why –
“THE REAL and Tamar Braxton have mutually decided that Tamar will not be continuing with the show for its upcoming third season. She will be leaving in order to concentrate on her solo career. Everyone associated with THE REAL appreciates Tamar’s efforts and the contributions she has made to the show’s success, and we wish her all the best for the future.”
As we previously reported, sources however insist Tamar, 39, was fired because the producers found her difficult to work with, plus she was allegedly not reading well with the audience.
Further proving she did not exit the show on good terms, Tamar unfollowed two of her Real co-hosts — Jeannie Mai and Loni Love — on social media, while she continues to follow Adrienne Bailon and Tamera Mowry. She also hinted in an Instagram post that she had been betrayed by someone close to her.
